I am an undergraduate student working toward a B.A. in Speech and Hearing Science with a Asian Languages and Literature: Japanese minor. Providing accessible and equitable therapeutic resources, especially for those historically underserved, led to my interest in becoming a speech-language pathologist and continues to play a central role in my undergraduate studies. My strong interests in linguistics, language learning, and the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion brought me to this research lab and I am excited to get involved in a lab that combines my interests and values with community engagement. 

Outside of the lab, I have experience working with preschool and elementary children as a teaching assistant and spend my free time hiking, climbing, and doing yoga.
