Hi!! My name is Isabella Garrison. I am from Washington, IL and am currently in my second year at Iowa pursuing a degree in speech and hearing sciences with a certificate in disability studies. My passion for CSD started with my younger brother and seeing the advancement his SLP brought to his communication skills. I hope to have a future career as a pediatric speech-language pathologist to help other kids just like my brother. I am so excited to be starting as an undergraduate research assistant in the CLD lab and learn more about this field gaining insight, knowledge, and experience to help with my future career!
