Hi my name is Camila, and I am a first-year M.S. SLP student with hopes of becoming a bilingual pediatric speech-language pathologist in the future! I care deeply about promoting equitable access to assessment and intervention for individuals from diverse backgrounds. Growing up bilingual, I saw firsthand how cultural and linguistic differences can impact communication and access to services. I am excited to contribute to research that advances culturally responsive practices in the field.
