My name is Ava Franzen, and I am so excited to be a part of the Clinical Linguistics and Disparities Lab! I am originally from Naperville, Illinois which is a Chicago suburb. I am a second-year undergrad working towards my BA in Speech & Hearing Sciences and English. My goal in this lab is to gain research experience so that I am able to help support future patients in multilingual communities and strengthen my passion for communication!
