Linh Dang
My name is Linh Dang, and I am a bilingual Vietnamese-English speaker born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. I am a second year Ph.D. student in the Joint Doctoral Program in Language and Communicative Disorders at San Diego State University and University of California, San Diego. I concurrently receive clinical training to be a licensed speech-language pathologist.
My research interests include grammatical and phonological development of bilingual Vietnamese-English speakers to build our understanding of language development in this population. Broadly, I aim to support representative assessment and intervention practices for underrepresented populations in communication sciences and disorders. In my free time, I enjoy doing sudoku puzzles and weightlifting.
