Hi! My name is Alexia Petriz Ruffo, but I usually go by Lexi. I am from Oswego, Illinois, and I am currently a third-year undergraduate student pursuing a BA in Speech and Hearing Sciences with a minor in Spanish. I plan to become a Speech-Language Pathologist and hope to work with bilingual students. I was part of a Dual-Language program from kindergarten through high school, which allowed me to become proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish, an experience I am very grateful for. In my free time, I love going to hot yoga classes and spending quality time with my friends.

I am excited to be a part of this lab because of my bilingual background and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while also being involved in the work.
